We checked with our backend staff and they informed us that as long as you visit the link with HTTPS, it would be safe. For those who visited our link with HTTP, our website would redirect to HTTPS in about 1 second, and users could browse our website carefree.

I finally heard back from them about my order from April 2020, but they stopped responding 25 days ago. They said that their warehouse had been damaged by a flood back in 2020, which is why the order wasn't shipped, but if that was actually true, I don't understand why they wouldn't have informed me earlier instead of just ignoring all of my attempts to contact them. They said that they were going to refund me through paypal, but they never sent me anything after I confirmed my email. I'm pretty sure they only bothered replying since I reported them on mfc.

I only bought one time with them, and that was enough, AnimeNPC customer service is really bad. Shipping was 4 times more expensive than others companies. NOT recommended.

They shouldn't be allowed to be a partner on MFC in order to advertise their sales here due to the negative feedback. I bought from MyKombini with similar issues, but their customer service was prompt & shipped out my package within a week

Yeah thats what i mean. They should be banned as mfc partner because they are not trustworthy anymore.
