    So...is the peanut butter the low salt variety? Hmmm...the only low salt variety of peanut butter I can recall from when I lived back in Canada is the Adam's brand peanut butter. :)


    The current peanut butter I'm using says 120 mg, 5% of the daily dose. But I'll look for one with lower sodium. Thanks for the suggestion. :)

    I've also stopped drinking water flavored with mixes like Crystal Light and their artificial flavors. I'm now just putting lemon and orange slices in my pitchers to flavor them. I'm feeling healthier already. :D
