In other news, I'm sad she's delayed. :< I was really hoping she would be released. GSC also needs to get their shit together with all these delays.

If a figure for that allotted month gets delayed, that money is usually spent elsewhere. So when 7 figures get delayed to all the same month, that generally leads to a large payment that I had originally hoped not to make.
Your logic makes perfect sense and I can understand why it could seem confusing or irritating. The responsible thing for me to do would be to keep that money stocked away for future months, but my complete lack of self control prevents that unfortunately >_<
