I am still waiting for good smile company global to ship her. They did ship Gawr Gura the moment she released, but the older orders (the oldest released one being Miku NT, 19-05) are being held. Clearly they resumed shipping, since I got Gura, so why are they not shipping these?
I mailed them around one and a half month ago asking about this. But they never replied to me. That makes for a 100% ignore ratio on my mails to them. I also never got a reply when I had a complaint about defects on the Symphony Miku. I never complain when I get small errors, it was my first ever complaint. They don't even have the decency to reply.
I am never ordering directly from gsc again if I can help is, their customer support is absolutely atrocious. I know they are trusted and legit (of course), but the radio silence is still very concerning to me.
All I'm asking for is an estimate. A reply. I'm not even demanding 'SHIP NOW' or anything. Just any reply at all.

OMG she is hella worth it. She arrived today and her quality is superb. Honestly I wish they made her hair magnetic for the placement of the wings because I almost broke my hand trying to push in the joints for the hair. But 10/10 such a perfect sculpt of Suigintou
