Good Smile have now got back to me saying my order was cancelled due to me not paying.
I have evidence I paid, they've took my money and now have confirmed I won't get my Shinku :(

GSC have began ignoring my emails and haven't shipped her. I purchased her in October 2021 -- does anyone know what to possibly do to contact them that isn't email?? I'm so stuck now, I'd probably just get a refund at this point but the after market is so expensive T_T
I'm in the same boat, GSC shipped my other orders but did not respond to a single email about any of the Rozen Maiden nendos. I ended up filing a claim through PayPal as they wouldn't respond to any emails asking for a refund or an update.
Figured I'd get her preowned or deal with aftermarket prices rather than have any more headaches with GSC. Just grabbed her from amiami preowned B/B condition for 5,680 yen and there were a few more in stock at 6,900.

I really love this Shinku Nendoroid! But sadly, on my Nendoroid, her hat and her ribbon doesn't quite match up on the left side of her face, so the hair shines a bit through. The right side fits snugly.
