CR is really dropping the ball on these shipments, Kanna arrived today without any notification that she had shipped at all. CR still said she is processing. At least I was lucky enough to get a single piece of bubble wrap in mine, but the figure box still came damaged :/
Looks like Kanna herself is okay though, so there's that. She looks super cute!

hyper cute, i'm obsessed w the movement of this figure, most difficult assembly piece was the peg for the cake but it sits ok.
Took 3 days from the us to the uk.
Both figures arrived in the same box with a sheet of bubble wrap on the top. No damage what so ever to the figures or boxes thankfully.
Both are stunning, Tohru’s pony tail was a pain to attach as well as kanna cake tray.
Tad concerned for leaning but we shall see how that goes I guess.
Overall pretty happy but with the packaging unsure if I’d order again from CR

crunchyroll sent me the email that tohru was coming but kept kanna marked as unshipped. believe my excitement when i saw TWO packages at the door!!! theyre both stunning im so happy aaaas

As far as packing is concerned then it was ok, to describe how they were packed
Tohro packing box initially looked like there was no packing in the parcel box, so you would think it would float about in the box, but due to the size it is essentially a friction fit inside the parcel box, so she has space around her at the sides but can't float about, you might not realise this if you just open the packing box and see her floating about.
Kanna, her box is slightly smaller in the same size packing box so she has some thick bubble packaging to stop her from moving around
Overall their figure boxes are pretty large, not sure they really needed to be that big, otherwise they are looking good, got them for a good price so happy with what I got.

I got Tohru and Kanna in the last few days and I love them! I love when figures have a look of movement to them. Yes the rice looks like brains
It took a couple tries and sort of forcing it to get the cake to stay as shown on the box. At first it fit just fine so long as the tray was under her left hand but I eventually got it. have you noticed the little groove in her right hand for the little peg (?) on the cake? only asking cause it took me an entire day LOL
it's crazy how mix-match their shipping seems! Some people only got Tohru rn, some only got Kanna, and then some got both...makes me wonder what is going on over at crunchyroll tbh What is even stranger is I see some people receive NO bubble wrap, then cases like my Kanna with a sheet in the bottom of the box

need to build my new detolfs before i can unbox her but i'm looking forward to doing so a whole lot :)
