This month's loot has a very high wishability index - there is a figure from a line that is quickly becoming a new favorite, a new figure of one of my favorite characters, and an old figure that I have been hunting for quite some time. Sounds interesting, right?
One thing that has taken some getting used to during the pandemic is that with DHL shipping, it's often much more economical to ship figures one at a time as opposed to EMS, where it was generally cheaper to combine a bunch of items in one ginormous box. Therefore, the DHL drivers were at my house three times over the last couple of weeks :). This yielded the following little pile of loot.

AmiAmi's March postcard is quite interesting. The art style reminds me of what you would see in some kind of shojo yuri manga :).

The back of the card and the artwork both reference Amico's birthday. I guess presumably they are commemorating an anniversary of the store's founding.
First up is a figure from a line that I just recently discovered but which is becoming one of my new favorites, Damtoys' Shadow from their After School Arena line of figures. There is no MFC link since MFC does not allow these figures in the database.

Where to start with this figure? Her outfit, consisting of a bodysuit with a bikini on top looks really cool, she has many different types of weapons, the clock tower base is quite neat, and Shadow really gives off a vibe of being a total badass.

This figure line caught my eye a couple months ago when I picked up the "Mega Power" figure in the series, and both figures turned out nice enough that I'll definitely be looking for future releases as well as the other three current figures in the After School Area line. I'm currently working on a full review of Shadow, so check it out when it's finished.

Next up is the latest figure of one of my favorite characters - FuRyu's F:Nex Mikan Yuuki ITEM #1039712.

This particular figure is based on one of my favorite illustrations of Mikan from the well-known To Love Ru Venus artbook ITEM #120387.

I know FuRyu well, as I have bought a number of their prize figures, but I had never purchased one of their higher-end (and higher-priced!) offerings from their F:Nex line ENTRY #134102. So, I was pleased to see that Mikan turned out nice. I'll also be doing a review of Mikan soon.

It was a nice day today, so I went outside and took some shots of Mikan :).

The last figure in this month's loot is an old Orchid Seed figure that I've been hunting for a while, Ryomou Shimei ITEM #23084.

Orchid Seed is a highly underrated company IMO, and this figure caught my eye because of Ryomou's very relaxed pose. She is a generally serious character, so this relaxed and carefree take on Ryomou is an interesting concept. For an older figure (2010), the quality of this one is really good, too.

I also like the little dolls of Hakufu Sonsaku ENTRY #1677 and some of the other Ikki Tousen characters included with the figure.

So, this was not a gigantic loot, but all the items this month were highly wished, and they all turned out really great (and I got Ryomou at a good price as well), and so now it's time to start working on reviews of these three figures. So that's all for this loot post, and as usual...

That’s really nice to hear hopefully mine doesn’t come damaged(so far been pretty lucky with my figures only 1 arrived damaged but that was a pre owned figure) little bit more nervous cause I also looked around the website before ordering and the bigger f:nex statues sometimes come broken but it’s pretty rare like you said it’s mainly positive from the company
Mikan is always cute.
Ryomou has lots of figures, as back in the day the source anime (Ikki Tousen) yielded tons of items, although many of them are just merely OK. I like how the Orchid Seed Ryomou hits that sweet spot of being sexy without being in your face lewd.
Shadow is a very interesting figure. She was a lot of fun to photograph.
Before preordering Mikan, I looked at the other F:Nex releases in the database, and no one reported any major issues, and I found the quality of the figure to be good enough. There are a couple little issues, but I'm happy with my purchase.
The base is a funny thing. It's very cool, but it's also very lightweight, and with the weight distribution of the figure she is quite prone to tipping over. It's doubly funny because Mega Power's base is very heavy, and Shadow's base could definitely use a little more weight to it.
