RubyRed • 2年前 • #70063722Well I think the perfect figure of Gil has not been made, so I am keeping my hopes up that it will be there someday in the future. ITEM #872720 As much as I think this one is interesting (because I simply love him :-) the size of the throne and his slightly slouchy position puts me a bit off. Actually I still hope for a fighting figure from the original Fate Series with the Gates of Babylon behind him... that would let my heart beat higher... ;-)Well, he is plenty popular so we might get lucky, though I won't complain too much since he gets a lot (for a male character) and I (pre)ordered everything I like enough. x3
If you're not sold on him, there's no need to order him (shipping will be cruel anyway). Sadly, unless they restart working on ITEM #109893 I doubt we'll get that and while I'd love a figure like that I'd also really appreciate it if they'd pick up some of his other outfits. ^^

They sure did which is such a shame, because his other figures (not sure about the prize figure though), are more based on the anime style an I prefer the ingame art. -_-

actually I thought about getting Gil too, but after seeing your close ups of the face... they really did mess it up. I am not sure I even recognise him. Ah man, otherwise the figure would be genius, the accessorize are so cool, and the coloring and... argh...Thank you! :3

diaeons • 2年前 • #70061097I was considering buying Gilgamesh too as I’m a huge fan of the figure, but after seeing a couple of other reviews and photos I thought his face looked a little... off?? I guess is the way to describe it ?? So I’m glad someone else feels the same about his face!
Sadly for me also I don’t think I’ll be getting him and as much as I absolutely adore ITEM #872720 and consider it a top grail, I definitely can’t afford to get him ;;"A little" is a very nice way to put it. x3
Getting the face right is very important in every figure, but for him even more so (at least for me). Who knows, maybe ITEM #844778 will turn out nicely and that could be a sort of consolation. :3
If you consider the one with the throne one a grail maybe you want to stalk sales after release, sicne usually there are always people trying to get rid of their unwated figures fast (especially if they're huge space-hogs).
