    ♥♥I never knew there was a time people didn't like prize figures! Now everyone has at least 10 prize figures in their collection. For myself, I really like buying prize figures especially since I can get them at such a cheap prize. And of course since the quality of prize figures are getting better and better each year. Pretty much my whole collection is comprised of prize figures!♥♥

    I reeeeeally have to keep myself from buying them, since I used to be so addicted to them a few years ago. It's especially hard since there are so many cute K-on ones like ITEM #173748, ITEM #218742 etc. ;___;

    This one is my favorite ITEM #219518. Some mistaken it as 1/10 scale at first glance, and it doesn't have the shiny reflection you usually get from other prize figs. Customization-friendly and fair prize point.

    One of my favourite figures is a prize. ITEM #546382 I don't own many of them, but I've seen quite a few prizes in friends' collections, and their quality is definitely going up.

    They're great and quite a few are better than big companies like Megahouse.

    Lately I've gotten my hands on some affordable secondhand scales and I simply love the details in the sculpt, dynamic poses, more accurate faces etc... But I still have many prize figures I wouldn't want to sell either, either because of the quality or simply cuz they're cute :3

    ITEM #135170 and ITEM #198932 are my favourite prizes when it comes to detailing, pose and paint. Bastet still is a low quality prize. Especially since the holes for the support on the base and in her hair & cape don't line up at all, so she's a royal pain in the rear to mount on her base. But when it comes to sculpt, pose and paint, she isn't that much worse than a low quality scale. And that for only 1,5k yen...

    I have quite a few prizes, mostly Sonico and Love Live and for approximately $15-25, you really can't go wrong. I think they're a great option for new collectors or those with not as much money to spend on scales to still get figures of the characters they love, without resorting to buying bootlegs.

    Even as a harcore collector of more expensive scales, I still have a soft spot for many cute prizes (and I'll nab any prize of Mari Ohara that's made), and I think they're (usually) a decent quality, satisfactory branch in this crazy world of collectibles.

    I only have one prize figure ITEM #297683 but I was pretty pleasantly surprised by the quality! The paintjob and details were fantastic, and she's pretty tall too haha. I mainly don't purchase prize figures because most of the characters I do like don't really get ones, or if they do they get the not-so-good-looking ones.

    Prize figures are a mixed bag, but all the ones I've gotten seem to be really nice quality, especially for the low prices. Even if you aren't happy with one it's not as much of a hit as a disappointing scale that cost $100 or more.

    My favorites that I own are ITEM #664015 for her amazing details and size, and ITEM #619122 for being huge and well painted, despite being a little less detailed than Madoka. I have a bunch more on order though so my favs may change.

    I love prize figures, though I'd only really get them for You and Hanamaru because they're the only characters I like who actually have a variety of outfits X'D FuRyu is my favorite prize figure company, but Sega and Banpresto aren't so bad either.
